Mobile Phones

I took my phone to cricket around 3:30P.M. On 5/9/11because it wouldn't stay charged I was having a problem with it for a couple days before I took it to Cricket. The employee Johnathan assisted me at this time he tried to charge it with one of their chargers. It didn't work he then said it was a manufacture defect that I wouldn't have to pay for another. During the exchanges of the phones their computer froze he couldn't get it to work. So he gave me their phone number to call back. I had my husband cell phone I called around 5:40 to see if he had it fixed. He put me on hold I held on the phone for 20mins. Hung up the phone he didn't come back to the phone. I called back again around 6:15 was put on hold again. I stay about 20 min. From the store. I got in my car to drive out there I put the phone on speaker because I was still on hold when I got in the store. I was still on hold I then hung up the phone. Signed in I was the 7th person in line they wasn't that busy. I couldn't understand why he couldn't answer my call.

When he came out the back I asked him was my phone ready he said no. If he would've answer the phone I wouldn't had to drive out there to take a chance on the phone being ready. He said we open up at 9:00A.M. He was going to make notes that the computer was froze & that I didn't have to pay nothing to get another phone. I went back 5/10 at 9:00a. M the employee Tah assisted me I told her what happen & he said that he was going to leave a note she said he didn't leave a note. It would be $20 warranty fee. I told her that Jonathan said I didn't have to pay for another phone because I asked him he said no. She then told the manager. The manager waived the fee the computers was still down she went & got another battery to put in my phone. Told me to call them I said no yall don't answer the phones. She said she would call me also give me her cell number which was very polite because i was a stranger to her. She was very helpful she saw that I was getting very upset.

Thanks Tah, I been a Cricket customer going on 13yrs. I understand that problems come it's how u handle the problems. Johnathan should have stuck to his word & made notes. Computers break down. There is a such thing as pen & paper so there is no excuse why he couldn't make notes. Things could've been avoided Tah was very helpful. She called me at 4:15 told me that my new phone was ready to be picked up that's what I call great customer service communication!
