My friend ordered a telephone it took two weeks before we were able to even speak to someone. Finally when someone came on the phone the agent, she said her name was tammy, she was extremely rude. I wanted two phones that were reasonably priced so i ordered from n1 wireless through my friend. I also ordered a kit which had a car charger and an ear bud. I never received my wall charger i also ordereda black skin they sent me white. Now i am without a wall charger, white skin that i can't use! I am so sorry i used this company they are the worst online experience anyone i know have ever had.
