Sold Obsolete Phone

New hire that had to ask owner questions. While the owner was taking care of his customer, then taking upon himself after owner didn't want to be bothered.in the end i got an obsolete phone (which i found out from the owners wife) that rings when it wants. Still get voice mails but i'm in a legal issue that i need to hear my phone ring. My solution would be, give me a phone that works as i paid for no more no less.
