Mobile Phones

Hi, my name is Edward Dye. Today: 8/17 I entered the Metropcs located on 961 Dana Dr.in Redding, CA 96002 in hopes of returning my m750 HuaWei that I recently purchased on March 28. This phone that I received on that date at this store, had been thoroughly taken care of by me and over time had received scratches on the screen that had been obtained due to everyday travel in the pockets of clothes that I had worn since that date. Also, this phone's power button had defectively risen out of place and no longer worked when pressed at least 95% of the time... To me, these imperfections were of a completely MINIMAL standard. The scuffs WILL be obtained by ANY mobile phone purchased by ANY customer unless the mobile phone is unused. However, the defective button on the phone was not of my doing by any sort.in attendance of this store; I walked to the front counter greeted by a Hispanic male with glasses that I faintly recall with the name of Anthony..."Anthony" listened to my question and concerns with the utmost WORST attitude I have EVER aqcuired from a mobile phone location. I continued to explain to "Anthony" the problems with my phone had not been caused by myself with an abusive intention, that the scuffs were of a VERY normal standard, and the power button on my phone was 100% not my fault but was a phone defect. "Anthony" shrugged his shoulders at me and said: "Nope, nothin' I can do for ya'." "Anthony" then handed me my phone back with an uncaring grin. I merely stated to "Anthony" that "this would bring my spirits slightly down for the day." "Anthony" then looked at me with a disgusted expression and snapped: "not my problem, bye!" I smiled at him and said: "thank you, have a good day" and continued out the door. This was BY FAR the worst customer service I have ever received ANYWHERE. Later I contacted a representative from Metropcs Communications, Inc. And relayed my experience. I will continue to pursue someone who will take action on this undeserving service that will definitely have an effect on where I decide to take my future mobile business, and my opinion on Metropcs for others who ask.
