On August 11th I place call to Sprint in regards to a malfunctional phone @ that time I was informed that I will receive another phone an which I did and I was told that I had 30 days to swap out that phone if I had any problems. I was also informed by another representative that this phone had all the capabilities that I wanted, to find out it didn't. I then place another call on September 6th which the rep went step by step to try to access the capabilties I wanted, but no avail. I place another call to Sprint to switch phones and then to go through all the trouble after 21/2 hours on the phone for them to tell me they couldn't honor what their rep had told me, now I have a phone that doesn't have any accessible capabilities that I use, please let's stop the cell phone business from mislead information to make a profit off the consumers.
