I purchased a Samsung BlackJack II and I received a broken phone. It refused to turn on. I returned the phone as per the emailed advice of customer service agent "Scott" and was assured a refund or replacement phone.
Two months later after many messages and a complaint filed with Better Business Bureau, I have not received a replacement phone nor a refund.
Do not use this company!
