No refund

I have been trying to cancel my account because i am charged more than i was promised. This was on May 22. I have been contacting ALL the managers, supervisors, agents... Etc. To get a refund but i never got anything. It is more than one year now! Does anyone know how to sue this company? They are bunch of thieves.
