I then found out my boy was drawn into inadvertently becoming a member of some of those cell phone download subscribers, really, 3 of these, in one single evening. I spoke to some customer support representative called Felix and was happy he recognized my scenario and happily returned both weeks value of costs we sustained. The 3rd organization was Celebrity Pieces. Once I described my scenario, the client service representative spoke to her boss plus they provided me a reimbursement for that support.

In most three instances my 14 b/e registered not recognizing what he'd completed. It is sad that AT&T doesn't permit (therefore these businesses state) these businesses to credit my consideration exactly the same method I had been billed.

I told the client representative at Entertaining Cell that I had been happy using the ethics he showed me when he agreed to return me the membership expenses with no battle. I'd need to provide this customer support representative an "A" score. The client support representative at Celebrity Pieces was also extremely friendly and that I was happy. I had been unhappy using the customer support representative at Flycell who contended with me towards the nasty finish before only refunding among the 8 weeks they charged me.

I understand this site can be used for grievances, I Have applied it before. But when a business demonstrates me some ethics, I believe they deserve some cudos aswell.
