Unsatisfied - tracfone mobil phone

I'm very disatisfied with the service I
get from tracfone. For the last 2 or 3
monthes my wife has not recieved her minutes from the plan we are on. I call and it takes about an hour to get the minutes we have paid for, added to her phone. I was very unhappy with the way Carlos Herrera, handled my call this time. If I didn't pay my bill on time, i dought you would call me every mounth and wait for an hour, for me to give you an answer, why i had not paid you. This is the last time i well call, someone else well be happy to take a customer that payes his bill on time every month.
