Never recieve my minutes under there new value plan, they take my money and give me nothing

Tracfone use to be pretty good but they have started ripping people off by not giving them their minutes and just poor custmor service. I bought minutes on line because my dad was sick in the hospital and I needed to contact family and friends. The day my dad died I had still not recieved my minutes, I had no way to call anyone. It was devastating. I pay monthly for their value plan and have to call every time it is due and talk on the phone to someone I can't understand for more then an hour Don't use them, it is nothing but a hassle... They are a big RIPOFF
