I bought a phone from wirefly.com, when they delivered it, I found it to be defective and returned it and asked for exchange. While returning it they asked me to ship the entire package including sim card back. Then after 10 days they sent another phone without a sim card. When I called the customer service regarding the sim card they said it was their mistake and they will ship it soon but it also took 7 days, still the sim card was not activated. I call them up again they said it will one day for activating it. I was simply paying bill for one month without using the services.

I suggest never order phone from Wirefly.com they promise lot of stuff but they never deliver.
