Unable to reach costumer service, unable to change the defect product

I ordered a pone Motorola V3. The phone wasn't new, and it stooped working the same day, after 3 hours i have no display. Even if read on the site they make no exchange after 7 days i receive the phone more than 10 days i had to live from home 2 weeks i came back on 03/21 open the box start the phone and in the same day phone was dead after 3 hours of stand by. I try to reach customer service but no answer.
