I got the item 2 days ago. It did not work as advertised, and at first, would not power on. I tried calling, and after numerous attemps I finally got a girl in the billing dept (ha ha) and she told me she would send me an RMA via internet. Have not gotten it yet. I looked at their web site and it says it is past 10 days and no RMA will be issued. Some kind of a SCAM.
