I tried to buy 2 smartphones today from MetroPCS and in processing the requests online it said my financial institution rejected the request. I called customer service for assistance and ultimately we got my financial institution on a 3 way call, per Bank of America no request was ever recieved from PCS and that they would not of denied the request. The customer service representative kept telling me there was nothing that could be done since thier system said it was rejected. Funny thing is I have perfect credit, earn over 200k per year with less than 1k of credit card debt and anything I buy on my DC or CC from BOA never ever has a problem. Evidnetly your system is flawed which really makes one wonder what kind of provider your company is. Very disappointed in your companies ability to resolve problems
