Hello: I had 3 phones on my Sprint account. I removed 2 phone due to reception problems and had to pay early termination fee%u2019s and now the last phone was just cancelled 3 weeks ago (my commitment was completed in February). I received my final bill and the only credit I received was the overpayment I had made the month before. Sprint owes me for 3 weeks of service I did not have, but am being told I cannot receive a refund because I went with another carrier. I left Sprint due to constant dropped calls and Poor customer service. I was already screwed with over $300 in fee%u2019s and now another $30 or so even though the contract is done. This is bull and I want to get ahold of someone that can help me.
