Very poor level of after-sales service by Samsung Electronics. Even the CEO of the company has a very pathetic approach towards customer grievance resolution. The CEO doesnt see his mails directly & his office is run by a girl who just keeps telling that the problem will be resolved tomorrow without any back-up to this statement.
Samsung doesn't even keep parts for products sold just 2-4 years back.
Never ever buy any Samsung products as their entire company team, channel (after sales service centres) & people related to them have a very carefree attitude towards customer service. Every person will keep telling you that tomorrow your problems shall be resolved without fail but practically it shall never happen.
Stay away from Samsung Electronic products. I checked with many of my friends also & all (100% of the people whom I spoke to) have a bitter experience about Samsung.
