Samsung refuses to repair under guarantee

On 01/21 I purchased a television set Samsung UE40D6200 in Belgium.
Since the beginning, the left part of the screen is %u201Cmauvish%u201D and the righ part %u201Cgreenish%u201D; unfortunately, I cannot post pictures here.
There is also %u201Cclouding%u201D, I accept it, but I do not accept an awful difference of white between both sides of the screen!
But for more than a year Samsung Belgium refuses to recognize the fault and to repair the television set. (I first reported it in February!)
I am absolutely disgusted by Samsung Belgium (and unfortunately, I am not alone%u2026), this is the last time that I buy a Samsung product.
