Samsung s duos - cell phones

I have Samsung s duos Android 4.0.4 and in my phone if i am calling and suddenly a call comes both calls get picked and phone gets black and hanged. And if i am mesging or has opened anything it gets canceled or or left n right key options comes... How to fix this? Plz rply asap
