Outdated phones - Gallaxy 3 & gallaxy s4

I was informed that Cellcom wont be getting the galaxy 3 or the galaxy S4 phones. When I called customer service the first time on 4/28 the lady never heard of the galaxy 3 or the galaxy S4. I told her that galaxy 3 came out in 2012 and then on 4/29 when I called again I asked them why they only have the out dated phones the lady at customer service told me "I really don't know why" So how can Cellcom state that they are clearly the best when they are not clearly the best with out dated phones. When your on face book on Cellcoms page the person that leaves comments will only talk in a PM because he doesn't want to be caught telling the truth so everybody else can read it. When you use the live help like that he gives everybody they are as helpful as a dead gofer on a road they have no answers and they don't even try to help you with your problem. I only have one question and that is Why cant cellcom keep up with new phones like the rest of the carriers do why does cellcom only sell phones that are out dated.
