Last winter they dropped from 50 GB to 20 GB. My family uses usually 26. So now I pay an extra $10 for each GB overage. Fine. Today, they call and say my internet is being suspended until the next billing cycle. New policy that anything over 25 is suspended. Doesnt matter if you are willing ot pay more, they cut you off. I go to school online, what if I had a test! Crappy service and I am going to start pulling my phone lines.
