Iphone 3GS is not working

Hi,

I would like to bring to your attention that, i have purchased Apple iPhone 3G S 16 GB (Black) Unlocked on 22nd november and

OrderID 1527359 from N1 wireless, now the iphone is not working even after replacing new battery and i totally disappointed with the N1 wireless support team that they are not replaying my mails (till now 3 mails sent but no replay)
i have never expected this kind of support from this company
