I had a free phone service with Assurance and this month I didnt receive my free minutes. I received several emails and text messages in another language which I could not read. I attempt to call customer service, what a BIG mistake and a BIGGER waste of time. I called and a lady answered the phone who could not understand a word I was saying. She takes down all my information, name, address, etc. Then she tell me, "you should receive an application in the mail with two week. I was out of breath trying to explain to her I received an email in another language that I could not read and that I didnt receive my free minutes for the month. Finally I ask her where were they located and she said the Philippians. No wonder! Now I understand where the name Virgin Mobile comes from, the Virgin Islands LOL. Anyway I still have not received my free minutes and I continue getting emails and text message to my assurance phone in I'm guessing their language... My next complaint will be directed to my states Attorney general Office and the Governors office. I guess I have to find another government free phone provider.
