Cricket won't give me the proper technical support I need because I'm on a bridge pay. Why is the money I paid to this company treated like crap! Its still my hard earned money! And since cricket has my money I deserve customer care! Its a new billing cycle and my internet has been operating very very slow:- (
I'm not happy!
