I been dealing with my local metropcs store in East Providence RI for 3 days. They never answer the phone. I also had a problem with then with my credit card. They ran a charge for 189.40 the charge failed it has been 3 days now and my money has not been placed on my card. I called my credit card company and they told me the funds was put on hold by metropcs. I been dealing with the store since then, and they just ignor me and tell me to deal with the 30 day hold
