Asically no one is listening... I have the new GS3 the part where the plug slots into is not working after 2 weeks from new i took it for repairs, took two days to fix it i lost money thru my business because of it... Again its not working, same problem, about another 3 weeks later. Its been in 3 days now... I want a replacement I do not want to get it fixed every 3 weeks thats all i am asking for this phone is obviously faulty... I have a business to run & a child suffering from diebetes & i have to have a reliable phone... Bin Hindi here the local agent dont give a monkies & wont even lend me a phone until mine is ready. Its an appaling service & an disgusting agent... I wish to god i had stuck with my BB not one day of trouble with it in 3 years.
