My Credit Card Was Charged $1.00 Then $97.00. I Did Not Authorize

My credit card was charged on two occassions.
First for $1.00 then for $97.00.
I did not authorized these payments and have sent to their support location five emails with no answer. I want my money back... I have to get my refund before my credit card goes over the limit and be charged a fee... PLEASE HELP!!!
