Diet plan, billed fraudulently, $74.95 taken done without my authorization

A charge for $74.95 was taken from my credit card on dec. 29th 2006. I never even authorized this transaction, nor did i want or need a diet plan, especially one for $74.95 This is a bill that would have been charged monthly to my credit card had
i not called and gotten a number from my credit card company.

When i called the number it was an automated recording. They tell you that no more charges will be charged on your credit card. I never gave permission for the first one to be done, and my credit card co. Doesn't cover the $74.95 that was charged. It was on a visa card that has money put on it every month for my child support. How messed up is that.
