I ordered your trial perfume on Sept. 16. On Sept. 20th, I had a heart attack at home and I was rushed to the hospital. On the morning of the 28th, (the Dr. Was going to release me the next day) I suffered a stroke while still there. It was, by far, the most terrifying and devastating thing that has ever happened to me. It affected my entire left side and I couldn't even stand, talk or do anything for myself! It didn't hurt like the heart attack but I couldn't move anything at all. Even the left side of my tongue didn't work! I was in the hospital until Oct. 5th (my 67th birthday!) That day I was transferred to a care facility to work on rehab and try to learn to walk again and use my left hand. I was released from there on Nov. 26. I now have a therapist coming 3 times a week to my home. It'amazing the difficulties life has to offer us! Now that I'm home I am in a wheel chair and can use my right side fairly well but it is slow going. Bottom line is that I never got the perfume I ordered and my husband says no packages were ever delivered. Today I looked on line to see about our finances and discovered a charge from you for $95.00!!! I do not have any product from you and feel this is very unfair. I realize the circumstances are unusual but PLEASE HELP ME HERE!!! We are looking at a $12,000.00 medical bill after insurance has already paid thousands. This charge was put on my credit card on Nov. 20 while I was still in rehab. Will you please remove this charge from my account? I'm not trying to be difficult but I believe I shouldn't be expected to pay for a product I never received. I would have been in touch long before now if I had been home.
