Poor customer Service - Davenport, IA - Perfume with spray top

I have been shopping at Hollister regularly because I have two teen age children. I was there In March and spent $400. One of the items was their perfume. When we got home it was missing the sprayer to use the perfume. Where I live that mall isn't right around the corner, so I put it to the side thinking I will take it back. Well the next time I went to that mall it was spur of the moment and of course I didn't have it with me. Needless to say we went in there in May and I spent another $500.00 dollars I asked if it would be possible to get the spray top and the sales girl said without the product and the reciept it was store policy to not give it to me. It didn't help matters that she was rude and robotic either. Now the reas I bring up the money amounts is in two months I spent $900 at this store and they can't give me the sprayer that comes with the perfume??? I mentioned that it was their fault that it wasn't in the perfume and again she rudely and robotically says our policy is you need the merchandise and the receipt. It was totally insane. I wasn't buying a five dollar item. I am so mad. When I look on line to call or e-mail a complaint they have no where on there to do that. When you call they tell you to e-mail. REALLY?! I wish I would have said maybe your store policy should be to check the merchandise before you sell it to me to make sure it's all there!!!
