I attempted to cancel, and was charged not only once, but twice. Making a phone call did not get me anywhere. They insist I was not charged. They request your bank card the second time, to return money, but end up taking more. It ends up being another charge to another company completely. They plead ignorance, and claim the charge was only around 39.00 dollars. I am pretty freaked out, and am cancelling my visa.
