Visa Debit Card Balance Kept Dropping Below My Receipts

I went to Wal-Mart to purchase a Visa debit card so I could put my disability check so I wouldn't have cash on me. When I purchases something I would always keep the receipt to check my balance and than call to check the balance. The amount was less than what I had they was always money taking out of my amount I had on my Visa debit card. I'm on a fix income a month. To have money taking from me.

So I cancel my Visa debit card and shredded my card and I told the person I was talking to why I was cancelling my card all she did was trying to talk me out of cancelling my Visa debit card.
