The money was taken out of my a/c in september.
I have had 3 virtual chats with their 'support' line and the money was promised to be refunded 3 times!
I visited my bank yesterday and they refunded half of the money and then immediatly took it out again!
I am shaking with anger and just wish that i had followed my bank's advice and involved the fraud dept.
I am going to do that now
