Screwed up order, overcharged, and refused to correct the situation - McDonalds

On the morning of June 29 I went through the drive-thru at the McDonalds located at 2341 West Ridge Road, Greece, New York and ordered three sausage biscuits. The girl repeated my order back to me on the speaker saying "three sausage biscuits", but when I arrived at work (which is 25 minutes away) I discovered that I had been given and charged for three egg and cheese biscuits. These were totally useless to me and I threw them in the garbage. When I returned to the same location after work that night and explained what happened I was told that since I did not have my receipt that they would do absolutely nothing for me. I was told the manager's name was Sam Griffin, but he refused to even come out and speak to me face-to-face himself, choosing rather to have one of his employees do all the talking for him.

I find it pathetic that this store offers such poor customer service and is so unprofessional that it allows the employees to screw up a customer's order, overcharges them, and then the manager refuses to even speak to a customer who has an issue.
