Ordered cafecups on 11/15 by phone. Once they got credit card info. System would not let you complete oder and went into a nonstop deceptive promotion run that lasted poss. 20 min. Knowing you could not hangup with them having your credit card info. The their cus. Service what little theh have is just about nonexistance to talk to a real person about any problem about service or orders. I today is 12/4 and i have still not received the over charged order the system shows should have been shipped. I will try to cancell the order on my credit card.
