Ripoff consumer rip-off fraud Story goes— letter came— money sent— No Credit Card

I received an "acceptance certificate" from a "Mr. Robert Stevens" whom is from the supposed "Approval Department" of "Consumer First."

It claimed that I would receive my credit card of $5,000.00 with a 0% APR for the first twelve months with a fee of $45.00. Story goes— letter came— money sent— No Credit Card. I would appreciate a reimbursement. Thankyou.
