Well ladies and gentlemen persistence may have pervailed or the threat of having, as in I DID do this, filled out the forms for Better Business Bureau of Chicago and the US Postal Mail Fraud Dept.
Today I used my ATM and fell over when I realized my balance was about $78.00, $78.98 to be exact, more than I had recorded. I got refunded the other half of the remaining balance owed to me! Document EVERYTHING! They keep record of all conversations too. Be persistant!!! Good Luck!!! Damn it-Don't take no for an answer!!
