Ripoff credit card scam refund not honored

Everest Consumers led me to believe that I was going to be getting a Master Card Credit card in the mail so I may reestablish my credit. They immediately withdrew $299.00 from my checking account and it took them 30 days to send me a packet with papers inclosed to fill out for unsecure credit cards and other various offers. No credit card was inside the envelope! I immediately called upset about the matter and they told me I could return the packet for a full refund. I did this only to find out that Everest Consumers was no longer at that location. So I called the customer service number so i could get a hold of some one that knew what was going on with my refund. Then I was told to send it out with a traking number. Another month went by, still no refund, and another. I am still waiting and that has been since May. They keep telling me it going to be sent with in the next couple of days.
