Ripoff the business that doesn't give a dam

I returned a tv that didnot work properly. It was financed and i made a few payments on it. When i returned it i was told dont worry the balance would be zeroed out. Well years later i got letters in mail tellin me i owed them the balance and had to pay it because i had no proof of returning item... Well i paid the 700 dollars with no tv to show for it. Over the years i tried to get some kind of satisfaction but with no luck. I am still sick of this stealin. They dont give a damn about you just want to sell and dont want anymore to do with you...
