Very loud - Bissell model 4104

I bought this vacuum from Bissell model 4104. I have already had to replace a part the company said it did not cover and it is only about 1 1/2 years old. It is now so loud I literally have to wear earplugs while I vacuum or it would make me go deaf. It didn't make this loud sound until after the warranty had expired after the 1st year. I am very dissapointed with it.
