We have a bissell carpet pro x2 that we have used on a small area three times. It would not suck water up. Tried to have it repaired to be told that they had a whole backroom of the same model and they just were unfixable. I thought we had a good product but am seriously considering starting a class action suit against bissell as many of their products are inferior
