Very dissatified consumer... After several calls each call about 73 minutes i was informed that my issue was microsoft related being that i had made an upgrade several days prior... Well it wasnt microsoft related and microsoft offered to refund my money for the upgrade, all dell wonted was 289.00!!! Dell is all about the money... I have purchased several computers from dell but will never purchase another computer from dell, ever!!
