Inept morons who don't know how to do their job and sit back and watch as you get a roach infestation

I just want to say to those of you thinking about moving to LMHA housing, don't bother. It will take the maintenance jokers about a million years to fix things that break due to the shoddy craftsmanship of the items in question. Oh yeah, and don't even ask them to do anything about cockroaches in your apartment, because they won't.

This wasn't always the case, not until the turnover at my building. Our manager's secretary is about the most inept human being alive.instead of calling maintenance about cases like mine, she is too busy trying to save the stray animals that get into our apartment building or too busy chattering on the phone to actually do anything.

I know this because I have asked nicely, begged, cried, screamed and threatened them in hopes of getting rid of the roaches... For three weeks to a month!!! All I get is "yeah yeah yeah"ed to death and no one comes to my apartment to do a thing! It's like my requeasts fall on deaf ears... Or ears that don't give a damn.

Also, the roach problem is not getting better, it's getting worse and yesterday I saw a roach crawl out from under my sink and I saw one right under my toothbrush. I called once again yesterday and no one returned my call. As a matter of fact, it's almost like no one can be bothered with a poor college girl on a fixed income.

These roaches have also invaded my kitchen and climb up my bathroom walls and I need something to be done. I am a clean person who is horrified and sickened by this, so it is not like I am some filthy trailer trash that never cleans and expects her house to be magically roach-free.

You can bet that if it were their houses or their friends or loved ones' homes being barraged by roaches, they'd be getting off their lazy overpaid fannies and doing something, but since it's a poor person, they don't care.

I really don't want my things ruined by accumulation of roach feces, which is what happens when roaches are not taken care of, so someone needs to do something, but it seems that LMHA knows that they have poor people over a barrel, so they feel they can do anything they want to us and we have to smile and accept it.

And I really don't need any responses that I should move because I can't afford to live anywhere else. Someone please help by giving me some useful names and numbers in Lorain County that can help me make these lowlifes do their job and give me fair and just treatment in this matter.
