I ordered some cologne at the beginning of Noember for a special night I needed it. It has been four weeks now, that night has passed and no cologne no phone answering and tracking number they gave me hasn't moved or left their building. I asked for a full refund or to show me where the package is. No response. Their website claims they are monitoring ALL packages for delivery. It's obvious that that is either a lie or the whole thing is a scam. I will be calling my credit card company to fight this.
