I ordered something from Home Depot and after the transaction, a survey popped up, saying I would get a bottle of cologne for $5.99. I took the survey and agreed to get the cologne for the $5.99 price. I received the cologne and my credit card was billed $95.00. I did not know of the membership charge. They refused to refund it when I called them (888-387-0420).
