False lies of warranty on my home

A few years back i had contacted debbie demarino regarding my driveway and step that the top part has dropped and my steps (front & back) had dropped. She stated that it was from chemicals. I never used chemicals on the drveway or the steps. She lied. These people never came out to fix these issues and refused to do so. The community has had so much problems with these people for years. They are decievers mandrin never keep their word. You have to threaten this company in order for them to move. These people installed a broken malfunction closet door in one of the bedrooms. I called debbie and advised i needed a new door and she refused to get me one for the room. I told debbie i will get my lawyer on mandrin if they don't deliver. She delivered the door and had it installed. This company is not truthful to the warranties ob their homes. I hope no one buys anymore homes from this company. Their quality of work sucks and they're unfit company. Please post for no one to buy a home from this company; it's not worth it!!! Their homes are not sturdy. They're so many problems with their homes. Why are they still in business?!
