Unkind and unprofessional treatment

Yesterday, I got a small light package from Amazon via USPS. I have a broken ankle, which makes me hop on one foot using a walker, and be confined in my apartment. The elevator is broken and I live on a 4th floor. When I answsered the ring from the delivery man through the intercom, he told me he got a package for me and asked me to go down to pick it up. When I told him about my condition, he said, "get someone to come", and when I told him I had no one to go down, and reminded him again about my broken ankle and the lack of elevator, he answered me, "That's not my problem". He never gave me the package personally; I got it from the building's janitor that hopefully was around downstairs at the moment.By the way, I am a woman!
