I authorized the company to charge my credit card 2.95 for shipping of a free sample on 11/3. Today I received in the mailed more of the product and they charged my credit card 79.87 on 11/17 for this unauthorized transaction. I called my credit card co and they will file a claim against the company to try and recoup this fee. I needed to send the unauthorized product back, obtain a tracking number and submit the tracking number to my credit card co and they will handle it from there. Hopefully it will work and I will recoup my money.
