Unauthorized charges

Got "free" sample for $. 99 but then charged $87 for product plus separate shipping charge... This charge was unauthorized and there was no information regarding cancellation policy. There was another charge several weeks later for $87 with a separate shipping charge, unauthorized as well. Call to #, on hold indefinitely and unable to log into customer support site as instructed by menu. Called my credit card and had to cancel my card and get a new number and ask for charges to be resversed. Do not buy from this company and better let barbara walters know too!!! Frauds!!!
