Rip-off of $299.00, promised credit card of 2500.00 and now no card and out of $299. Champlain

I read in your other reports that nextech gave a refund back to some people I would like to find out their number if anyone out there can help me. These people are giving me the run around and everyone at CCR is very rude. They don't care they either hang up on me or curse me out because they say I call too much but all i want is my money back.

They way it started was because a guy by supposed name of JAY agent #6784 called me up and said he was from VISA. Then I cancelled it and now I am out of $299.00. There was a third party that debited my account by the name of AIG, LTD #18665815774 and they do not want to help me either they keep giving me the CCR # so if someone can help me out there i would really appreciate it.
