I received an award coupon from Direct Buy. Followed all the steps (first bank check $9.99, second bank check $29.95). First was told they didn't get the second check but I confirmed that it was cashed at the bank. Then they said it was an entry data error. After two months, their excuse was that they changed their shipping address and they would send a tracking number. Now the phone just has a busy signal and the website is down.
